Christmas Offering: Beyond our normal weekly and any ‘end of year’ financial offerings that wonderfully sustain our local church, we have an annual “Christmas Offering” tradition to target specific areas of mission. To participate, simply indicate on your check or giving envelope which of these opportunities you would like your gift to support, and either place your offering in the weekly offering plates or collection boxes or bring it later for the Christmas Eve Services’ offering time:

• Pastor’s Emergency Fund – Designated funds made available to the pastoral team to confidentially distribute financial aid in a variety of emergencies and congregational hardships. 
  
  

• Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Relief- These funds provide a quick response when U.S. natural disasters strike, deploying an army of volunteers to come alongside homeowners to bring relief and compassion in Jesus’ Name.
  
  
• Creative Preschool, supplies – Since 1980, Methodist Creative Preschool has been a ministry here at Cornerstone.  We help children become life-long learners in a process of learning to love God, to love others, and to love learning.
  
  
• General Missions Fund-  These funds will be designated by the Cornerstone Missions Give Team. They will review our current ministries for any additional needs and consider any new needs brought to their attention.
