We’re planning to have both in-person and online streaming of the candlelight services at the normal times!

            7:30 Contemporary Service (in Family Life Center)

            9:30 Traditional Service (in Sanctuary), special music 30 minutes prior

11:00pm Traditional Service (in Sanctuary), special music 10 minutes prior

We are doing RSVPs to ensure socially distanced seating, AND to determine if we need to add additional services.

Advent Devotionals

Advent is the season when we prepare ourselves to receive God's gift of Jesus. It is a time of "getting ready" for the celebration of Christmas.

Our church family will all be using an Advent Booklet that Pastor Peggy has prepared for our church during the Advent Season.  This booklet will include Sunday Advent Wreath lighting liturgy that can help prepare our hearts in unity for the arrival of Baby Jesus. The booklet will also have daily suggestions for activities and prayers.   We know in these Covid times that we must be intentional about staying connected, so the scripture, reflections and service opportunities will unite us in spirit!

You may print them at home or there will be copies available in the outer doors at the church office.  One per household please. 

To benefit the most from this experience, you will need to gather up materials to make your own advent wreath (votive candles are fine): 3 purple candles, 1 pink candle, 1 white candle, matches/lighter and a green wreath.  Or, you can order a wreath online at Amazon or Oriental Trading.

AND….. Advent Lighting Videos

We want to celebrate Advent as a church family, even if we cannot all worship in the same space.  If you would like to participate in a worship service lighting, please record a video (using a smartphone is fine) of the weekly Sunday reading and lighting the Advent candle and upload to Linda Forry for use in worship services.  Videos can be shared on the following Google Drive link:

Christmas Greeting Video: 

Join us in celebrating Christmas by sharing with us a family Christmas Greeting video! We will put the in the weekly countdown videos for Advent. Make sure to include the names of the people in the video.
